Even the IPs could easily be proxies.

and how did you find me exactly? where you saw that i use proxy? you read in the grain of wheat or in stars?
have proof(evidence) that i used proxy?

Read my post again, I didn't stated that you used proxies, I just said that's a possibility. But as already stated SEVERAL times, it's probably because your referals were inactive, they were made by you, or something else.

IP Address isn't the only function to consider.
As mentioned in our referrals rules we do validate the referrals are active or not.

If they are not active we reserve the right to reject them as we get no benefit from having these referrals in our system but with no activity.
