I've tried it using Google Chrome and Internet Explorer, but in both it is not working. Which browser do you recommend?

In that case there has to be a software installed on your PC that interrupts the browser from reporting to the advertiser's server that you're watching a video, as this doesn't look like a browser issue.
Do you have any firewall, antivirus or any other software installed that could prevent you from using cookies or from reporting to our server?

Perhaps you could go to your Internet Explorer, choose "InPrivate Browsing" and try it in this way?

Yeah, it doesn't make sense, we have contacted them about it and awaiting their reply.
They did mention they are changing a few things from their back end.

They said they close TokenAds and keep only Woobi alive.
Once this transition is done it should run smoother with less 'bugs', so it could take a while but once you see TokenAds is no longer available in our site it should indicate that Woobi wall is running much better.
