Are you sure that you requested the Cash Out 12 days ago???

Sometimes we've slight delays with the payments, but not 12 days!
Payments are announced in Announcements Board.

Unfortunately we don't control offers. Our system credits your account once we receive an approval from the advertiser. So please try either redoing the offer or give Daily surveys a try & take some screenshots along the way so we could provide those to our advertisers & help with approvals.
