We apologies for the confusion. This "You are from: Palestinian Territory (is this wrong?)" is just a confirming you that your default location for Get-Paid is set to Palestine but if its wrong you can click "is this wrong?" to correct it but if you are actually located in Palestine you don't need to worry about that notification & start using Get-Paid :)
