about my referral (from USA)

2 days ago i got my second referral and i have got only 1 coin for him..but when i checked later he was from United States and normally i would receive 100 coins as i ahve read in referral program...
please can someone help me..

p.s. when i got my first referral i got 100 coins and he was from USA...

Dear "nauzoski",
Referral Joining bonus feature has been suspended because of miss use of it by users. So you will not receive any referral joining bonuses. When you got your first referral we didn't suspend this feature yet and that's why you received the bonus.
