am on a three month exchange program in Ghana-West Africa, the school server assign US and EU IPs...don't don't understand it myself, but I am not using proxies, when ever i connect from campus, I get am assigned a US IP.

so does that mean I don't get paid?...real need so liberty reserve to trade...

That means you cannot complete US offers whilst not residing in the US.
