account is disabled???

I get this msg after logging in:

"Dear member,
Your account is disabled.
Please contact an administrator to solve this issue."

Why?? I only watch the videos and takes a survey now and then. What is the problem?

He have answered me now:

You have been using proxies to do surveys. You being rom Vietnam is using proxy to complete surveys from United States, hence banned

Vietnam?? I am from SWEDEN! And i do surveys from my work! I have only answered a few surveys that have been availible and they have been in Swedish! You must have mistaken me for someone else! Please check my account again!

i got this message to "Your account is disabled". It's really frustrating, i worked 100% honestly!!! Why? Get-paid admins, please do not block people for nothing it is sooo not fair :(((
