admin ... please what happen to my point

i was doing everything as usual and my point has gotten to 28 ...... then i log out and now log back in and found out that my point has reduce to 9..... please what happen .... what did i do wrong and my account has been disable .... please why....

The reason that it happened is because the points are converted automatically to cash.
1 point = 0.01$, so your points that have "gone" are safe in your cash.
