admin/webmaster no email reply in 4 days

Hi
I saw your announcement for late payments but is there a delay for e mails too?
I've sent an e mail to webmaster and 2 to admin but I haven't received a reply in 4 days and I really need answers especially for a referral issue.

I'm so sorry for the late reply but I've never received a notification for your answer :(
Admin fixed my referral problem. I'm still waiting for an answer from webmaster because I've lost some bonuses (the tasks were quick and I guess the bonuses couldn't "read" all the coins earned).
Now the problem seems to be fixed and a week ago I asked webmaster if there was a way to recuperate the coins I lost... I guess the fact that he didn't reply means no lol .
I don't think you can do something about it but thank you anyway for the reply. Have a great day

I know but since I talked about this problem with webmaster I was waiting his reply . I don't want to bother admin because lately I bothered him already with other stuff lol . I'll just forget about the coins I lost and if it happens again I'll tell admin (I tried last time too but the email got sent back to my account that's why I contacted webmaster)
ps: is there a way to be notified when somebody replies on a post?
