all matomy surveys,offers and videos not working

exactly as the title,in all surveys,they say someone with the same IP registered,it shows that message because I registered in another matomy offer,even after clearing the cookies,they still don't work.

and there's a video that's not available,I have a screenshot but I can't post it because of my postcount.

If you have already registered before for an offer from a company, you won't be able to complete another one from the same company and videos/surveys are based on demographics. If the criteria advertisers are looking for matches the info you provided, they will become available to you.
