I think Lunars in a way is right, we are totally aware of the requests to get new offers but in the market there are things beyond our control.
There is no need to remind it every-time, this business had a big slide-down in the past few years, it's not that easy to get new offers as it was 2 years ago.

Anyway I did remove the text in the message because this isn't a proper way to talk, there's no need to get upset and I'm here reading what you have to say, and it can be said normally and politely with no need to cross the lines.
