I signed up yesterday and i think this is one of the best PTC sites there is. Offcourse i told my brother about it and he want to do this to. But now is the question can i refer him.
I mean can i let him register with my referlink? because he is on the computer downstairs and i'm on the PC upstairs so we're on the same ip i think.
