can my sister also have an get-paid account on the same laptop linking to my paypall?

I was wondering if it is allowed to have 2 accounts on the same laptop. Her PC died a week ago and we dont really have the money to buy one. So i thought maybe we can earn some money here to buy her a laptop.

Is she also allowed to have her account link to my paypall or does she need to create one of her own?

It's not allowed to open more than one account per computer,
She will have to sign up from another computer, not from where you signed up,
And she also have to create her own PayPal account.

The system detects automatically when somebody sign up twice with the same computer,
And the accounts will be blocked.
