can not open offers

Hi all,
There are many offers i can not do.
When i click , it shows "
Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: User pointlea_aff already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections in /home/pointlea/public_html/includes/connect.php on line 10
Cannot connect to mySQL Host.".
Some offers only shows "waitting for www.poitnleads.com"
Why's that ?Help me plz !

The same to me, i met about 6 offers like them.For example "Accountnow" offer.
It said "Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: User pointlea_aff already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections in /home/pointlea/public_html/includes/connect.php on line 10
Cannot connect to mySQL Host".
I think they are some offers from pointleads.com Network.
