i guess most of us has that problem now. maybe ill wait for all system will fine very soon and wait for admin announcement.

I think it's now working.I just have a Daily Surveys approved (I had it pending for 5 days!

We had a few problems with the reportings in the past few days but these have been rectified and everything from back then including from now on is reporting correctly. If you still have an issue with it let us know, but before you do we suggest you check your account thoroughly as we've credited all missing tasks to all users.
