cash out probleme

hi

Yesterday i had cashout and when im looking on my earning the statut of the offers i had cashout is still on aprouved and not on cashout like always. And more of that the earning of my refferal is in cashout;
So i dont understand.

Pls an admin can take a look

and sumone can tell me where i can see cashout pending

Firstly, if you go to EARN CASH --> EARNINGS http://www.get-paid.com/offers.php?tab=earnings
You will see your offers status. There you'll see if your offers are pending, approved, not tracked or pending cashout.

Mmm... if you've requested cashout your offers should appear as "cashout" status, but, I recommend you to wait for the payments.

Sure we process the payments and you'll get them properly anyway that your offers aren't on "cashout" status.

ye i had look on earning and the statut is still on approved and i have alreday clic on cashout and my account is at o dollard
only my refferal earing is on statut cashout

i think it s strange because usualy booth are in statut cashout

Don't worry, sure it's a little problem. But you will receive your payments anyway ;)
