cashed out for the third time then went back to do tasks but received no coins

I hope someone could help me. i cashed out two days ago and my earnings isn't on my paypal account yet. I was thinking that maybe it's just delayed but i think something is wrong because when i return to continue doing tasks and offers (i cashed out twice already and it went to my paypal) my account here is not receiving coins no more. One more thing is when i jump from page to page, my balance reflect -1 then goes back to zero which never happened before during my first two cash outs. I sent a ticket twice to the support now but haven't heard anything from them.

please help me.
