cashout not receive

I requested last wednesday august 7 to cashout $0.50 to my paypal account but up to now i had not receive the $0.50.

Normal payments are processed within 24-48 hours and Referrals payments are processed at Fridays. We are sorry for the inconvenience but we are having slight delays with issuing the payments. The payments will processed as soon as possible.
