a couple of day ago i have cashed out 10$ from my balance, but in my paypal account i have recieved only 5,46$. Can you tell me what is the problem?

Referral payments will be processed this weekend.

i cashed out around $1.29 ,but it is showing as Cashed out $1 only . what about my remaining cents .....?
