daily surveys not paying out?

I did 2 daily surveys yesterday; MyThoughtCounts.com and Your-Surveys.com and neither of them payed out.

Is it normal that it takes this long?

Yes, I got the thank you for finishing and an update to my score for your-surveys.

Second survey I've done doesn't seem to pay out either.

Here's another survey I completed. Just to keep track of them.

The jump in Quality score from 102 to 108 is to do with verifying my location. I got 5 quality rating for it. So this is the 3rd survey.

Unfortunately we didn't receive any confirmed succesfully completed Daily Surveys from you so that means WE DID NOT GET PAID either. We can not credit you 800 coins , but as a sign of good gesture we offer you 650 coins. What do you think? This means we lose 650 coins but we want to make our members happy.
