very hard to earn some $ do not expect payment? articles and other feedback from admin but not a language at all which makes the depression member? review how to work from the admin go offline! very frustrating

Please be patient. If you cashed out then you must wait 24 - 48 hours before start complaining on "Support Forum" .

We're not responsible for making Paypal accounts to our members, and we can't either. That's something you have to make yourself. It's not hard setting up an account at all. Just go to paypal.com and follow instructions there. And if you didn't know paypal is a service who allows you to recieve/send money online. After you have made an account there, be sure to let admin know - so he can link your GP account with your paypal one.

I don't think so,you can not cashout if you don't have a paypal account.It will show you this : "Unable to request payout" or "Hold" in the offers statuses.
So I don't understand how you did that cashing out without having your profile completed.

Admin "does not go offline", he is not available every moment, this is why we promise to respond to queries within 24-48 hours and it took quite a while to understand your problem.

Now by looking at your account, we have implemented another layer of fraud prevention, and you are using the same PayPal account to receive payments from SEVERAL accounts in our site - which is not allowed, and we will detect any such activity in the future.

The reason you did not receive any payment was because you tried to defraud the system and get paid multiple times and your account is now banned from receiving payments and/or completing offers.
