from the new country you can register other account without the slightest problem :-)

anyway I think that if the admin knows you're nowadays living in other country you can keep using the same user

So register for a new account from the new country - if you wish to use this one we need to REMOVE the account, not just DISABLE it, so please confirm if this is what you want to do.
