you can submit your completed offers in order to request their payment in "My Offers" on the left of the page:
http://www.get-paid.com/offers.php



you entered in a wrong address because the module "foffer" doesn't exist in this site, i think.

/modules/foffer

Exists the module OFFERS;
http://www.get-paid.com/modules/offers/

there you'll find all the available offers in this site.

BTW, doesn't mean if you type "get-paid.com" or "gptreasure.com" it isn't the problem.
