got no payment???????

Hello!
I have completed some offers but i see my payment is on pending and still on pending. I want my money.its about 24hours i have not receive my money.please help me.

We pay only once a week normally around Tuesday-Wednesday for offers you complete.
Only Instant offers are the exception but these aren't available to your country of region.
