work = the offer is being checked, when you have this status the offer will be paid/approved (or not) in a few hours.

Your status PENDING will become to work.

when you complete an offer and you submit it the current status will be pending and it will change to Work on tuesday/wednesday when you will get paid, payments are weekly.

Work = means we're checking your offer.
The $0.23 is reflecting the number of sub-offers you completed successfully under that Instant offer.
