help me to make referrals because it is very problematic, that is sending the mail to a friend who we want as referrals, the system by mistake, and basically says that the email address entered is not correct. Why?

We don't have a way to help you with that, but we can suggest you use your Social Media channels (e.g. Facebook) to get referrals.
