yeah of course you can send him the mail by using hotmail,

enter into www.hotmail.com
and go to your inbox and go to make a new email
and then in "To" you write the admin's mail

what's the problem? i dont understand u :S

As sagitari mentioned you can use hotmail, and yes, you're welcome to use your own email to send him the email.
