how many days your offer will be pending

i would just like to ask after accepting an offer, how many days does it become pending?

Payments usually between Tuesday & Wednesday.

after pending status I have now work status...does it mean ok for payment?

If it is on status "WORK" the admins are working on your offer, they are going to check if you did the offer properly !
After the status "WORK" you will get the status "PAID" that means you have bean payed or your status is going to be "CLICK HERE", that means they couldn't track the offer and you need to do it again :) !
