I do not know how to complete offer? I click at banner and follow the instructions, but I do not see the button "Sumit" as other sites Offer , so how can I complete the Offer. please help me!please guide me detail how to complete an Offer. thanks very murch

You submit your request from this page:

There is a link to it on the left menu with a big button called MY OFFERS:
