i cannot cashout | Get Paid

when i click cashout, i get the following error.

''Please fill out your your profile details.
You still need to add your payment details.

Click here to change your details.''

I have already been paid with my paypal account on here. when i try and update it i get this error. ''The payment details you used already exist.''
