When you entered your payout details you probably entered incorrect info such as 1 word for PayPal instead of your email etc.

I've changed it for you temporary, please PM me with your correct payout info so I could change it for you in the system.

its ok, now i can request, thanks anyway, the question i have is when i want to make a new offer why the banners dont change only show five banners to offer

Banner changing when new offer is coming up, if we don't have new offer coming up we don't have new banners etc...

You can check our Announcements Forum to see when new offers are available for your region and then you'll see new banners/images etc which are reflecting a new offer.
