Go to offers, do them, submit, wait, and then you've got some money on your paypal, if you did the offer right.

Hi Blommas & Nik,

Thanks for the help i tried to click the G-coins & the other one but its says this offer is not available in my country...im currently staying in Bahrain...and also i tried the daily survey its also not available..is there any other way for me to get started..? thanks alot more power..

Well, the first offer I did was from offers and then I did 3 from surveys.

Go to offers do them submit and wait. you will usually get paid between tuesday and wednesday. if your doing instant offers you will get paid in 24 hours usually.

Not 24 hours for regular offers, only for Instant ones and it's 24-48 hours :)
