When i click on Puple Ipad, 3D-HDTV... and fill in the information box, then have a window pop out with the order Topup such as Netflix, Gamefly .... when I click on it then appeared notices This offer has expired

You need to IGNORE the popups!
What's important is to go through the path, so close the pop-ups and complete the following sub-offers, that's how you should do it.

that mean I should skip the payment of the order as Netflix, Gamefly which goes to complete the survey? Previously I have bought a number of order as Netflix, Gamefly and my friends too, then still be paid a maximum of $ 2. Why now obsolete?

But when I click continue, it runs directly to top-up and not displaying the advertisemen
