No, you don't need to verify anything in order to cash-out. Just make sure you have the right PayPal email address linked to your account :)

As 'SSRGetPaid' said, you don't need to verify you PayPal account for cashout,
But if you want to use your money with PayPal - you gotta verify the account.

Before doing any mistake (how I done):
From which country are you?
Login in paypal and watch your limits and be sure that you can send/receive money...
Some examples for countries:
USA - receivelimit unlimited, sendlimit 0$
Canada - receivelimit ???, sendlimit 4000$
Germany - receivelimit 2.500€, sendlimit 2000€
You can may send money without fees with an USA paypal, but u have to verify or lift limit (lift limit to 2000$/year with cc and unlimited/verify with bank account).

I heard that most european accounts can be used without verify.
Myself I use a german pp (I'm german, but use english language to share proofs) and never had to lift limit/verify...
What I want to say: if your country limits to zero, then make an account from another language and change the language from ??? to english. And do not try to cheat paypal with cheated/hacked/virtual bank accounts or creditcards.

Its could be that PayPal have different policies for every country. So I wouldn't say that anyone of you is wrong on there part. Just to let you guys know. The question was "Do I need to verify my PayPal account on Get-Paid.com before cashing out" & The answer is "No you don't need to verify your PayPal account with us. You can simply cash-out & you will receive them payments with in 24 - 48 hours". If I understood "harryhua" question correctly then that is what she was asking for.
Since the question has been answered. I am going to close this thread please create a new thread if you have anymore questions.
