limited offers

Hello,
I'd like to ask u why every task I attend it seems too difficult to earn coins. I often found messages that there's no offers in my area? Is the offers restricted by area, since my country is Indonesia, not U.S. I can earn coins mostly from Pay per Click. Pls, I need ur answer. Thanks.

The tasks require you to complete them in certain way, thus some members manage to make lots out of it and some struggle with it ... it's similar to a university course where some pass it nicely and some struggle with it.
