major delay in approval of opinion survey de lost spinning wheel

Dear Support,

since somewhat 3 weeks I see a major delay in the approval of opinion survey de
before there surveys where after successful completion approved and credited within
30 minutes now it takes up to 18 hours.

Because of the delayed crediting I have lost now five times in a row the possibility to participate at your daily spinning wheel even as I´ve would have been eligible.

Please let me know what can be done to avoid that issue in the future.

We have already fix it,but the problem is that the advertisers are taking too much to approve them.

That means since of today in regards of spinning wheel completed offers that are approved such late are still counting for there time of origin and not for the time and date of approval. So these offers are useless / void towards spinning wheel.

Not very fair dont you think these has to be changed ?!

Some offers approve very quickly, but others can take a few days or longer. Trial offers can take up to 2+ weeks. Daily Surveys can take a couple of hours to a day or longer to approve. Unfortunately approval of Offers/Surveys is not in our control. Offer/Survey automatically approves for you when we receive an approval from the advertiser. We will contact Opinion Surveys support and ask them to run approvals more often but there is not much we can do about this issue. Sorry about that.
