many offers don't appear

1: why many offers like woobi is it country related
2: can you tell me why i can't download toolbar
3: can you do something so that offers will appear for many region

They seem to not have videos in your region, they are updating it once a week if I'm not mistaken, so check again on Thursday this week or on Monday next week and see if you have something available there.
