i was thinking and i saw moderators here so i was asking how can you become a moderator can an webmaster explaine that?

The admin selects the moderators.
To become a mod, you have to mainly be active, post a lot, and help out people. That way the admin will notice you and maybe (maybe) promote you to a moderator.

From time to time we change inactive ones with active ones to be mods. If a member is active he has good chances to be a mod here.
