my account disabled

today I logged to my account and fount this message

Dear member,
Your account is disabled.
Please contact an administrator to solve this issue.

I am am member for more than a month and received many payments before
I did not make any mistake so please can you explain why my account got disabled

neither of this reasons
all I have done is that I changed the network to new one so my IP changed
I was using shared network and now I on my own network that might caused that
but I do not have any other accounts and this new network no others users on
so please can you check my account again as I am a good member and also I am an old member at many other sites and never cheated

please sincerely check this and reactivate my account
