my business card problem

Hello,
I just do the business card task on my tablet, but on my half way to finish it i touch the screen so that i redirected to another pages. I tried to comeback to my job but I can't and when I click business card button just another job that appears and it's on kanji letter that I don't understand. Is it affects to my account? I mean,could it makes me being terminated from this job? I wanna hear from u, thanks.
