6 day ago, I cashed out $0.628 and received. thanks to admin. However, I have a problem now.
I have cashed out $1.521 for 14 days but I have not received this amount yet. I think it maybe a miss so I want to notice you.

Dear "vntung1990",
Normal payments are processed within 24-48 hours and Referrals payments are processed at Fridays.
As I can see from your earnings, the $1.521 is from refferals and the $0.628 is from offers.

Are you sure that you cashed-out $1.521 14 days ago?
We have processed all payments yesterday, please check your payment processor again.
