The tasks prize are totally up to the advertisers...

Just to address the issue if you see tasks worth $0.20 and you complete all of them and then the next available tasks are of $0.15 or $0.10 it's because you completed all the high-worth ones and then it drops down to the remaining ones which usually worth less.
