there's a basic rule about referrals:
To get paid from them, they must be active (complete at least one offer).
so I think nobody of them haven't still completed any offer (estrange :S)
if they are your friends or you know about them, please tell them that they should complete offers.

yes, I know the rules, yet they told me they have completed the offer or at least tried! the same way that these 45 reffers were rejected last week I had 70 + / - reffers which were not rejected and I had not even contact the owner of them, after all these 45 I have contacted everyone.

I think that if for example one referral completes one offer and it isn't be paid anyway you get 0.10$ from your referral.
