not allowed to do any daily surveys

every time I click a daily survey it tells me for every single one that it's already been completed by this IP address. No one else uses my IP I've been trying to get this fixed for a few weeks now and still haven't got a reply. Please fix this so I can start doing everything on here.

You can complete the same daily survey just 1 time per day, no more.
