not getting anything for referrals earnings

hey i have not been getting anything for my referrals earnings from past few days, . they are completing offers but i am not getting anything and in referals tab just next to the details of their earning i see this -"on hold" instead of the word "pending" . so what does it mean ? can you pls explain this? thank you..:(

That happens to me sometimes, i figured out that if you don't do the offer right it might not except at all. Because the website checks the offer and accepts it so it sends money to Get-Paid, then Get-Paid see's your offer was accepted so they send you the money.

It happens to me a lot, so every offer i do now i do it carefully. A tip though is not to take to long on an offer :)

You got to wait till your referrals complete an offer,
and only when theirs offer has got approved you'll receive your 20%.

but you know i have checked their account balance and they have got credited for completing tasks i mean to say the day before yesterday one of my referral had 4$ but today i saw $6 that means he has got payments ($2) for the tasks but i did not receive any commission for it , rather in status of referral commission earning its sowing "on hold" . what is this ?

yes payments are made separately but for that i need to cashout and for that i need to have account balance but my referrals commissions are not being added to my account.
