whenever i start a survay. it is not allowing me to participate saying same four rules again and again. why is it so. I am the only one using this laptop.

You probably can't do the surveys.
You can earn money also from completing international tasks and offers,

I'm sorry but the problem is maybe that you're not the profile they are searching for (age, location...)
