offer status pending

hello as the title says i completed some offers but only 2 of them approved with some offer there is status problems what is meaning of this

men must be free to do what they beleive it's not our right to punish to thinking what they do no matter how much we disagree

Offers that are correctly completed MUST be approved as soon as possible. If the status is on "pending" for more than 24h,it's more likely to have it disapproved.
