payment not got

Sir i have been paid on28/05/13 But I have not received in my paypal account. Why? Pl. help me.

PayPal says:
"Currently PayPal accounts in Egypt are only able to send payments. This recipient is not eligible to receive funds."

You need to change your payment type.
I would reverse the payment made and please don't cashout before you change your payment type.

And, in order to change your payment id, you need to contact the admins, you can't by yourself.
