according to this thread How And When Will I Get Paid? I could cash-out after earning a $1 or more and payments will be submitted within 24 - 48 hours
But there is a CASH BALANCE pane that says it's $0.5 and for the Earnings help pane it says Every Tuesday-Wednesday of the week we will verify the request
which policy is applied ??

Dear "b0mes",
The minimum payout for Australian, Canadian, UK and US members is 1$,
And the minimum payout for all other members is 0.5$.

Normal payments are processed within 24-48 hours and Referrals payments are processed at Fridays.
