Hi,

Its been a few days since i completed the paddypower offer consisting of a 10euros deposit and bet and it hasn't been approved yet. Could you please approve it as fast as possible ? Thanks

Offers are normally approved within 24h. We recheck them every 3h. Offers that passed more than 48h are more likely to get disapproved.

It has passed 48 hours but its still 'pending approval'.

I did the offer rightly, though. Made the deposit and the required bet, everything.

The issue was resolved few hours after it was reported. So what kind of problem are you guys having?

I did the paddypower offer wich consisted in depositing 10 euros/pounds and place a bet with those 10 euros/pounds.

However the offer remains in 'pending approval' status and have yet to recieve the 10$.

Its been like 1 week now.
